We Loan Tools

A few months ago, a customer borrowed and broke our Sugino bottom bracket tool. Granted, it was not a Campagnolo tool set, but they don't make that Sugino tool anymore and we used it all the time.

"You broke our Sugino bottom bracket tool!" It was more an exclamation of surprise than anything else.

"It was a cheap tool!" was the reply. Whew. That was a bummer.

We learned a few hard lessons that day. Like, don't loan a customer a hammer.

Our customer tool box is ready for action. It could use a few things. Freewheel tools and we need to throw in a Presta adapter, but it is ready for you. We understand the plight of a stranded bicyclist.

30 tools in a box + chain lube + Santa. That is our customer tool kit.

Don't try it, monkey. Santa is watching.

To our brothers, Coop and House, thanks.

Coco's loves Mr. & Mrs. Spade. Sorry it is a knock-off.

Apologies to Tom Sachs.
