Winter Step-through Bicycles

During the summertime, nice condition vintage step-through bicycles sell within a day or two of us putting them out. As it is currently cold and rainy, they last a bit longer.

This is how they look before we overhaul. If it doesn't sell as a project bike, we will completely disassemble, clean, grease, chrome polish, and replace the seat, grips, tires and tubes. Then it will be about $150.

World Tourist, New Wheels, Tires, Tubes, Seat and Chain $150

This is a deceptively fantastic bike. It looks simple, but it is a later, much lighter Schwinn frame. The cranks are Sugino. This is the best deal of the lot. Call a bike store, tell 'em you have an old Schwinn, need an overhaul and you would like new tires, tubes, WHEELS, seat and chain.

Nishiki, New Tires, Tubes, Gear Cables, Brake Pads, Brake Cables, Sparkly Grips - $220

A wonderful ten speed. This will get you up the hills, while most of the other step-through bikes are best suited for flatland, river trail, bike path and beach riding.
